These guys exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Stucco King. We had some water getting into our four story home at a second story window. The root of the problem was identified and repairs completed. I was impressed with the time the crew took to work safely. Scaffolding with safety rails were erected and mesh curtains attached to prevent anything from falling on someone below. Windows were covered with plastic to keep clean and the grounds were cleaned up at the end of the job.

Exceeded Our High Expectations.

Our better half found Stucco Kings working a half block away. She was impressed with the Stucco King crew's work and chatted with them a couple of times. Mr. Manny (owner) came to see us a few days later to discuss our stucco renovation..

Earned our complete trust over time. They had a specific process; their process worked. Since the process involves tearing your house apart before they can tell you how much it will cost, it is a terrifying first step. But, by the end, Stucco Kings earned our trust completely and with good reason.

Manny is a frequent and excellent communicator. He continually arrived every few days to review progress and the water damage uncovered. His estimates and change orders were discussed in advance and written professionally. His estimates were firm once delivered; no change orders to change orders. We were allowed to authorize all change orders in advance.

Cannot say enough good things about the Stucco Kings crew. They worked tirelessly to inspect, find water damage and to repair discovered damage. Their replacement stucco work is to the point of artistry. Their work is meticulous; that is not an overstatement. The entire crew was kind and respectful to our edgy neighbors; they managed their interactions with neighbors very professionally. The crew often sang while working together and their elaborate daily outdoor lunches were a neighborhood topic of joy.

All materials used for repair were first class: wood, drainage, stucco, sealant and paint.

It is accurate to say that our 20 year old house is now better than new. Best paint ever. All the stucco lumps and bumps are gone. Rotted wood and moldy insulation behind the stucco sniffed out and removed Fully sealed (probably for the first time ever).

This is the single best experience we have ever had with construction contractors.

It was not inexpensive. But, in the end, we felt it was money well spent. Compared to our neighbors' stucco repair experiences, Stucco King was less expensive with a MUCH better finished quality.

Any subsequent issues found - which is bound to happen once you cut into old stucco - he always came over and had a meeting to discuss the finding, work that needed to be done and cost of that additional work.
